Beautiful house Margaret, and I love your narrative on the flyer.  What a difference in market prices!

Gary, thanks for noticing!  My first attempt at Postlets... maybe next time I'll try v-Flyer

Katerina - THANK YOU for your help!  I usually make fliers w/ MS Pub, but I guess I'll have to start using this and other templates designed for easy publishing online.  I appreciate your quick response to my question.

Lisa - How much would something like this be in your market?

Bridget - In a terribly down market, we've had 5 showings in the first weekend.  Do you bellieve that?  Maybe there's hope.

Margaret, this home is beautiful and I love the way you posted the home here in your blog.  How did you do that?  Boy, do I have so much to learn.  I see postlets, which I use all the time for my listings, but wow.  I hope this sells soon for your clients.

Margaret, I was determined.  I've figured it out.  That was quite simple. Thank you for the silent inspiration.  I hope your day is fabulous.

Julie, we both actually can thank Katerina.  I always do my fliers with MS Publisher and emailed her to ask how to post that on ActiveRain.  She suggested Postlets or v-Flyer, which took only about 15 minutes.  I'm going to have to out yours now.

Margaret, we don't have anything with acre + lots here.  You have to go north or south of the city to get any real land.  I live on what's considered a large lot and it's 85 x 150!  I wouldn't begin to know how to price something like that here :)

Julie, and Lisa - Thank you both for coming back to follow up.
