Perfectly Priced Home Near Annapolis MD

This Home Puts the "Crown" in Crownsville!
Main Photo
Location: Crownsville, MD
Over the river and through the woods... Well, not really "over the river", but a long private drive does wind through the trees past two other custom homes before you round a bend to this gem.

This home encompasses so many things in one - comfortable design and living environment with elegant upgrades such as a stacked stone fireplace and an amazing kitchen... a private setting unlike typical suburban subdivisions yet located in a small enclave of three homes so you're not totally alone in the woods.

You'll love the features of this home and you'll find its location convenient to Annapolis, D.C. and Baltimore.

Now I have that song in my head....over the river and through the woods to grandmother's house we go. :) Nice listing.

Hi, Pamela - I find myself humming that every time I go down the driveway to this home.  Maybe it will help prospective buyers remember it.

Lisa - Thank you, it's always a little tricky to write copy that creates an emotion, as opposed to a laundry list of features.  I figure that the MLS listing gives all the details, my online flier has to make buyers want to see the property because it hit some emotional chord with them.

Thanks, Lewis.  It is a BEAUTIFUL home!  And I have another nice listing at that price in Davidsonville.  I guess the question is, what's the best financing out there for a home in this price range these days.

The best financing? Boy, that is a tough question... After the last few years in this crazy mortgage world, I find myself recommending that old standard..........  the 30 year fixed

Of course interest only loans are available and adjustable rates are finally lower than fixed rates....  then of course there is the option arm - which I really do not care to sell....

I will keep my eyes out for potential clients for you...  my office and my house is very close to Davidsonville...

Margaret,

Wow, Absolutely Stunning, Georgeous Lot, Love your "Crown in Crownsville" saying!  That house certainly is fit for someone wearing a crown - and over 2 Acres!

Thanks, Debbie - I think this is one of those places that agents in D.C., N. Va. or Montgomery County might sell.  "Only" $4785 in property taxes, which I think is low compared to your market.  I picture a retired career politician who wants to get away from DC living here, but not too far.  With the master and laundry on the main level, it's ideal for retirees who want privacy.

Once again the "Land of Pleasant Living" show cases a fine home in UpScale Anne Arudle County. Where do the regular people live? Nice house... Govenor ??

Hi, JT - Since you're in the area, maybe you could spread the word in your office.  That sale would make a nice ActiveRain story!

Hi, Thom - Thank you, I hope so, too.  They're the nicest people!
