Nice listing Margaret...and great copy on the flyer as well.
appleberry...kind of appropriate, huh?
Hi, Pamela - I find myself humming that every time I go down the driveway to this home. Maybe it will help prospective buyers remember it.
Lisa - Thank you, it's always a little tricky to write copy that creates an emotion, as opposed to a laundry list of features. I figure that the MLS listing gives all the details, my online flier has to make buyers want to see the property because it hit some emotional chord with them.
The best financing? Boy, that is a tough question... After the last few years in this crazy mortgage world, I find myself recommending that old standard.......... the 30 year fixed
Of course interest only loans are available and adjustable rates are finally lower than fixed rates.... then of course there is the option arm - which I really do not care to sell....
I will keep my eyes out for potential clients for you... my office and my house is very close to Davidsonville...
Margaret,
Wow, Absolutely Stunning, Georgeous Lot, Love your "Crown in Crownsville" saying! That house certainly is fit for someone wearing a crown - and over 2 Acres!
Hi, JT - Since you're in the area, maybe you could spread the word in your office. That sale would make a nice ActiveRain story!
Hi, Thom - Thank you, I hope so, too. They're the nicest people!
