My name is 2090 Montpelier Court. I am located in Crofton, Anne Arundel County, Maryland - in the middle of a triangle formed by Baltimore, Washington, D.C. and Annapolis. I have my own website! www.CroftonRancher.com.
I have a big back yard, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and lots of updates. My agent says that I'm priced lower than some of the townhomes in the area.
Please tell everybody about my website because I love my owners and I want to help them move to their new home.

This is the ad I posted for Localism. Now let me ask you ActiveRain bloggers - Any suggestions for promoting property-specific websites like www.CroftonRancher.com?
Very cute! I get a sign-rider made and hang it off the for-sale sign - I find that to be a very effective way to advertise the house... and of course I put the url on everything I can... So, did you get a good response from the localism site? I'm brand new to this (Active Rain, blogging, Localism) and I'm trying to figure out what works...

Hello Margaret!
As Ginger stated above- put the link on everything you can think of! Even add it to your e-mail signature. Have you received any hits on it from Active Rain. I am also somewhat new to Active Rain and I am wondering if I am going to see results in some form or fashion.
If I can help you or anyone you know on Cape Cod, please feel free to contact me!
Cheers!
Hi, Ginger, Goodness, how on earth did you find this six-monthly old post? And, I might add, it's nice to see you on ActiveRain. Welcome! I miss you on Forms Committee! Yes, I have two listings now from my blogging, closed another one a couple months ago, exchanged some referrals with new ActiveRain friends. There's a lot of trial and error here, and I'm sure you'll find your nitch! Say "hi" to your mom for me.
Hello, Rick - Yes, Rick, as I mentioned to Ginger, I'm enjoying ActiveRain on a personal and social level, and profiting with consumers. I encourage you to read and comment a lot, start relationships with people who reciprocate your comments, and writing quality content of your own. Welcome to ActiveRain!
Hello Margaret!
Thank you for your input! After reading your post, I went out and ordered a website for one of my listings: www.18howland.com. It is a very cute one bedroom stand alone cottage here in Provincetown.
Have a great weekend!
I love how you did this....
I have to make a post for my stages, and introduce them to localism, like you say, build a nice little network of people in your community that helps the most, otherwise AR is great for just asking questions and finding answers you might encounter.
Best Wishes,
Brian Bloom, All In One Staging Inc.
Rick, I feel like a proud parent or something. Congratulations! That is an adorable house that really showcases well on that website. GREAT JOB! I'm going to go check your blogs to see if you blogged about it, and give it a 5.
Brian, I love to look at the various staging websites, and see the before and after photos. That might be good advertising for you, if you partnered with the listing agent to take over a property website after the sale is closed and use it to show before and after photos for use in your business.
